Calle del Scaleter - In the XIXth century, there were still in this street the workshop and the shop of a "scaleter", a venetian word for a pastrycoock, or, more precisely, a biscuitcook. "Scalete" were in fact sweet biscuitsmarked with a drowing which reminded of a little staircase.
